Hanoi city started to set up 3 zones: red, orange, yellow according to the principle in accordance with the risk level of the epidemic. This zoning regulation, according to representatives of associations and businesses, has initially removed difficulties for production and business enterprises, especially those in the periphery of Hanoi city, which are being heavily affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Anviet Group, before social distancing according to directive 16, always maintained 350 employees to ensure the supply of essential food to the market. However, because the production unit is located in zone 1 according to the anti-epidemic zone of Hanoi city, the number of employees has been halved, so production faces many difficulties when orders increase, but production capacity is decreased.

Mr. Dao Ngoc Nam – Chairman of the Directors  Board of An Viet Group Joint Stock Company said that labor productivity was reduced by 30%-40% compared to before implementation of directive 16 because of having to keep a distance in working matters . The costs have all gone up a lot. In addition, Anviet Group’s supplier partners are all located in the provinces, so the importing goods is greatly affected because the current procedures change a lot.
