An Viet is one of the companies providing delivery cards to shippers

According to Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, to implement Directive No. 17/CT-UBND dated July 23, 2021 of the Hanoi People’s Committee on applying social distancing; In which, the Department of Industry and Trade and the Department of Transport are assigned to organize the plan of transportation and supply of essential goods to be operated smoothly in the city to serve the needs of consumers.

Accordingly, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has made a list of 700 people using motorbikes transporthing goods of companies that are granted transport cards, including:

  • Huong Son Food Joint Stock Company with 13 shippers;
  • An Viet Trading and Production Joint Stock Company – 17 shippers;
  • Tien Vien Joint Stock Company – 4 shippers;
  • Big C Thang Long International Trading and Service Trading Company Limited – 49 shippers;
  • 2-9 Ha Tay Company Limited – 8 shippers;
  • Fuji Mart Vietnam Retail Limited Liability Company – 39 shippers;
  • BRG retail limited liability company – 182 shippers;
  • Muong Thanh supermarket system in Hanoi –75 shippers;
  • Saigon Co.op Trading Company Limited Hanoi – 21shippers;
  • Homefarm International Joint Stock Company – 174 shipper;
  • Dong Cao General Service Cooperative – 1 shipper;
  • Lotte Vietnam Trade Center Joint Stock Company – 19 shippers;
  • Branch of MM Mega Market Vietnam Limited Liability Company in Hanoi – 33shippers;
  • AEON Vietnam Company – 34 shippers;
  • Hanoi Food Processing and Trading Joint Stock Company – 2 shippers.

The Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has also asked companies to urgently register and guide drivers and shippers, ensuring adequate supply of goods to serve people’s needs in the city.

These shippers, postal workers will be issued with motorcycle delivery transport cards including such information as: full name, address, mobile phone number, license plate number, area of ​​operation.

Previously, the Department of Industry & Trade and the Department of Transport of Hanoi proposed a plan to transport and supply essential goods in the city to easily serve the needs of consumers.

Accordingly, the Department of Industry and Trade requests companies to urgently guide drivers to register for the national “green stream” at the link “luongsinh.drvn.gov.vn” according to the instructions in Document No. 4977/TCĐBVN- VT dated 18/7/2021 of the Ministry of Transport; Document No. 3224/SGTVT-QLVT dated July 18, 2021 and Document No. 3446/SGTVT-QLVT dated July 23, 2021 of the Hanoi Department of Transport (information is posted on the Website of the Department of Transport). and Department of Industry and Trade).

In case enterprises and organization register for the “green stream” but have not yet been approved; empty trucks transporting goods to the provinces, the drivers are always required to carry the contract and work schedule list; goods import and export documents, delivery records for getting support through checkpoints.

In addition, to ensure supplying of goods in various forms could operate without issues, distribution enterprises, supermarkets, and food chains must make a list of employees who are on delivery duty and transport by motorbike according to the regulations attached form, send it to the Department of Industry and Trade to summarize and send to the Department of Transport for approval. The Department of Transportation will approve by text message for drivers to participate in the transportation of goods.
