• The starting point of the company’s Cong Nhan 0 e-commerce platform is located at North Thang Long Industrial Complex, Hanoi.
• On the first day of the Worker 4.0 e-commerce platform launched, there was an impressive numberof workers and students who came here to do shopping.Before they had to use agricultural products, food, goods that aresold on the market with unknown origin. However, currently they canbuy goods that are ensuredwith origin requirements.

CONG NHAN 4.0 Model

• Beneficiaries are Trade Union members, employees and workers under the trade unions of Hanoi industrial Parks and export processing zones
• Website & application is operated on “Cong Nhan 4.0 Technology Platform”
• The program is executed according to the following steps:

Step 1: Trade unions of Hanoi industrial Complexs and export processing zones deploy the program to affiliated colleges.

Step 2:Union base register the programs* and send them (programs) to the union of Hanoi Industrial Complexes and Export Processing Zones, then provide them (programs) to the Vietnam Workers Union Joint Stock Company.

Step 3:Trade union of Hanoi Industrial Parks and Export Processing Zones support to connect with Union baseso they could register to download the application (app) and receive gifts and promotions.

Step 4: The Vietnam Workers Cooperative Joint Stock Company sends a sales team to each complex to collect data of application registration, purchasing goods and organize delivery directly to the complexes.
